The Door Into Summer

The Door into SummerRobert Heinlein is so versatile I never know what to expect from his books: commentary on politics, satire of social norms or witty mystery stories. Anyway, this one about an engineer getting back at his unfaithful wife by utilizing time travel definitely comes from his “witty” repertoire.

Genuinely funny and with legit science, The Door Into Summer, while not necessary a classic, is definitely a great relatively light sci-fi read.
Positive: Negative:
Crisp, witty prose Story itself is very simplistic
Fascinating old-school sci-fi concepts about robotics and time travel
Likable characters
Genuinely funny
